Every Schrock's Heritage Furniture piece is guaranteed to be free
from any defects in workmanship or materials for three (3) years
from the date of invoicing. Should the furniture fail due to an
existing defect, we at Schrock's Heritage Furniture will repair
or replace the item at our discretion. We are not responsible for
any defects that are due to customer negligence, abuse, misuse or
inadequate/improper care. There are no other warranties expressed
or implied. Please contact your salesperson at Schrock's Heritage
Furniture in advance for return warranty work. All paperwork, including
proof of purchase and delivery receipt, must be presented at the
time of return.
Shipping is available throughout Ohio and in the surrounding
states. The cost for delivery varies, depending on your proximity
to Schrock's Heritage Furniture. There is no charge for those who
live within a 25-mile radius of the store. For shipments across country,
we use PackShip freight system; the cost is based on third-party charges.
Handled with great care, your furniture is delivered by a trained
professional either within our company or at PackShip, ensuring
safe, prompt arrival.
The dimensions given for each furniture piece are approximate, overall
measurements from the widest point (including trim). To the best of
our knowledge, all the information on this site is accurate, including
the dimensions. However, we are not responsible for any misinformation
contained on this site. We strongly recommend that you verify the
specifications by talking to one of our salespeople.
